We have different emotions and people do express theirs in different ways.
One emotion that people do struggle with is anger. We have some who can go quiet if they are angry, others yell and shout while throwing tantrums while others can go passive and silent themselves without speaking.
How do you respond to this emotion?

In my case it use to be worse cause I would even get physical, so one day I felt bad cause if how I respond to emotion. I read a book and it described that it's my ego I end up feeding slowly and one day it will blow so badly that it will be out of control, so I learned to observe before I take any action.

I have been in interaction with people who would go physical at the slightest feeling of anger and it cost them alot. Am glad you have learned through reading and I wish you more pleasant results as you continue practising what you learned

@Laurakemunto I would rather that than say something hurtful.

Haha okay but silent treatment is a harsh way though

If I am angry so much I don`t shout. I try myself to calm down so I can understand the reason.

Yes calming down and remaining silent for a while does good as it helps one recollect and analyze a situation

I guess different people go through different sets of emotions like you said. The way I respond is not fixed.. but the ones close to me will know when I'm sad, angry or sad. I'm pretty transparent in that sense.

You are very right about this . Yes it depends with the circumstances that one is facing and display of emotion will vary greatly at different times

I won't shout or yell cause that would only intensify the emotion. I'll try to calm down and think how I should handle the situation.
