Continuing from my previous discussion:
The Rented place hunting continued.
I was using different means : phone calls, WhatsApp, net search.
I got to see more places.
In one place was an existing Tenant who was complaining a lot about the place and the Property Dealer seemed to be caught unawares.
Yet I looked elsewhere.
When a door to somewhere closes in life, I have seen that God opens another one.
Finally we found a place.
It was not at a big height and was well built.
It's not as if everything was very great but one has to see the best among available.
Then of course, I had to make payments and fill forms.
There was some relief but was everything smooth?
Well, I would share in just one more post else folks would be quite bored by my tales!
... To be continued....
I started a discussion series last time: Continuing from the above, once we had got a deadline to shift, the hard work began. I waited for one week as we had...

Yes we are gradually settling in although with a lot of things we have moved we still are in the De-cluttering mode !

But some heavy expenses occur in a short time.
Plus expenses like Shifting fees for Trucks (Transport) plus Broker fees are non-refundable and take time to compensate for!

It takes a few months to recover that.
Plus some adjustment costs for getting some fittings and other things as per the new home.

Good that finally you got a decent place to move. You had a short time at hand to move and finding a place in that short period is not easy.

Yes, it was a real challenge especially in the hot weather.
Plus managing office work and occasional kids' pickup from the school.

Yet this time it was a lot of hard lessons learnt, and hard work as well.

It has something for you to do it to make it "something smooth" for it takes a lot of adjustment to be adapted to a new experience.

Well, at times thinking that everything would be smooth is more of a mental pressure.

God does open doors in our lives when one door closes.

Yes that's right!
So we should keep our hopes although at times we tend to get a little impatient with adverse developments.

Perhaps not the best deal but good in the circumstances.
Thanks for sharing your opinion.
