I revived a dying plant

Philippines

I bought a penny worth plant a year ago. It was requested by my niece who also have an aquarium. So separated them into different tanks and small ponds. Sadly, they really didn't grow. In fact the ones I left behind started dying in the aquarium. Until I decided to just removed the last small dying batch from the tank and put in a pot with water and soil but exposed to sunlight. After a few weeks it started growing like crazy. Wow, it's like Lotus, requires a lot of SUN. What surprised me even more is the flowers, I didn't think they have them. I took two and moved it to another pot and wow it was growing fast. Maybe I can try and put a few of them back in the aquarium or those empty wide buckets and see how it goes. Have a nice day

@CookieMonster46 it's also an aquaplant, though it's grass but grows underwater.

I was surprised that I can grow like this, maybe the sunlight I was giving in the aquarium or when it was submerged was not enough.

That means the plant needs sunlight.

It is the SUN light that resurrects its life. Putting it back will slow its life.
