graduation and lunch

We went to our grandson Nathan's high school graduation yesterday, then out to lunch afterwards with his dad, our son Robert. We went to Logan's Steak House....have you ever eaten at one of those? It's a chain, so maybe some others are good. Ours was not. Long wait even though it wasn't that busy, food wasn't good, (except for the yeast rolls...yum!), just everything enough that we wouldn't go back. Dale said we went there years ago and it wasn't good then, either. But we're proud of Nathan. He's going to East Carolina University in the fall and already has one year of college finished from classes he took this past school year. Last night Dale and I sat out in the "Love shack", lol, watching the chickens hunt for bugs and Gracie our cat thinking she wanted to hunt the chickens, but wisely left them alone. Hope you're having a great day. My day is so thrilling. So far I'm doing laundry, dishes, sewing a couple of things, ordering groceries from Walmart online, and taking a few minutes to chat with y'all.

Congratulations to your grandson!!!! I frequent a Logan’s not too far from my house. I get the same server all the time so I never have problems.

Congratulations to Nathan. I am pretty sure I have been to Logans. I thought it was OK. They used to have lots of good coupons. That is a really pretty top you have on in the pic.

@LadyDuck He really is a wonderful young man (of course, I'm a little biased!), but I wish he were more social.

Nathan is a handsome young man, you have many reasons to be proud of him:) We've never eaten at Logan's Steak House, there's one in Saginaw, Michigan.

What a wonderful photo! We don't have Logan's Steak Houses here. I'm sorry your meal was a disappointment. Have a good 4th of July weekend.
