I don't know if this is the right word but I describe myself most of the time as " malamya" in Filipino. I need a boost. I need to fight this spirit. No matter how difficult life is I should learn to be more enthusiastic, energetic in life. I need to change my vibe. I will try my best starting tomorrow. Let us see if it brings good result.

See what I can do. If it does not go away I'll go to a psychiatrist

I remember you have a business. What happened to that? Don`t lose hope when things don`t go your way.
I do feel something like that sometimes and I just keep looking for some activities like dancing exercise, baking and selling online etc. by doing that you will be ok

Yeah every time you mention dancing exercise in the morning I admire you. I see this is my problem. This low energy is not good. I will improve my mood tomorrow

I am the same way, I need motivation to get me going. Coffee helps when I am listless, without any drive.

Doing exercises and having some sweet snacks make people happier.
