I don't know how it feels, for my salary period ending June 11-25 in which I've got it last July 4th in which I've posted it here before, I do have salary dispute again. In our attendance system, I do have 87.55 hours but in my payslip, I've only got 80 hours. So, where's the remaining 7.55 hours? The worst thing is, my previous dispute for May 26-June 10, the 8 hours hasn't paid yet including the 1 hour for May 11-25 hasn't paid yet. Sorry for the Mathematical Accounting computation. I hope so that it will not confused your mind. To sum up, the company in which I'm working, they owe me a total of 16.55 hours. Some will think that this 16.55 hours is not that big. However in my case, this is an equivalent of 2 days already. So, imagine you're working with 2 days without pay. I don't know if I still continue working this kind of company.

Can you complain of this company to regulatory organization, their behaviour is very nasty, deducting salary is awful. You should get back your reasonable benefit by some means.

Some of my colleagues who already had missed payments of 30+ hours been registered a queue to complain to a government organization called DOLE.

@yanzalong We have here the DOLE or Department of Labor and Employment in which one of my colleagues already filed a complaint with hearing set on November 9.

@luisga814 You won't know till you ask him Are you absolutely sure you understand the conditions of employment fully. Just saying as 16 hours is a huge amount to be cheated out of

My boss will only say, I submitted the request ahead of time. It's already with the accounting system to have dispute.

Hopefully your case will be solved soon. I think it is worth submitting the dispute since the difference is substantial and the payroll master has a lot to explain why your 2 8-hour shift was not included in your pay.

Discuss it with the accounting staff who is responsible for the salary computation. Is there anything they missed?

We can't discuss to the accounting in person. It should sent through a system email.

You can tell that to your superior and help you out about it. They must explain their side and give back what they owe you

You should discuss it with your HR, hope they correct the mistake they have done. Don't you have a punching system where you can show them your working hours of yours and paid hours by them? That will easy for them to understand.

Before, we have punching system even if working at home. But right now, as we received our first chat, that's the start of punch in attendance. And after each period covered, our immediate will manually count it before and submitting to his immediate supervisor also. Then from his supervisor, it will reflect to our view. Then his immediate supervisor will then submit to accounting for payroll.

@sjvg1976 Not only me who has a dispute. Most of us have disputes. I'm thinking for this is a mistake accidentally or mistake intentionally?

I hate when this happens. It seems that maybe they are doing this on purpose? I think that is a large amount of hours, which you should be paid for.

What I'm thinking, we have lots of disputes, we are already tenured and always complaining, will decide to ourselves to leave the company and look for another company. Good to them because they can replace new 2 employees against one old employee. Make sense?
