This one is “Lucille” by Little Richard and the last of the letter L and beginning on girl names with M tomorrow. This is a rock and roll song from 1957 and was originally recorded by Little Richard. The song rose up to number one on the Billboard R&B chart and also made it on the US Pop chart and the UK chart. The song was composed by Albert Collings with Little Richard buying half the rights to the song while Collin was in the Louisiana State Penitentiary.
