Our weekly visit to the big Tesco.

We went to the big Tesco again this afternoon. It was very hot again when we set off in the car, and the seat was hot! I wound the window down. When we got there I put the soft plastics into the recycle receptacle as usual, and then Mum came in with a trolley that had a wonkey wheel. It wanted to go left when I wanted to go right! We went up on the lift and then the first thing we did was get two bunches of flowers. We got the same as usual mostly, and the trolley was playing me up all the way round. I let my Mum push It for a bit so that she could see how bad it was! We were about half way round the shop when I discovered that if I pushed the trolley side ways on it was easier to push! When we got to the tills there was a bit of a queue and we had to wait for a while. When I did get to the till the stuff came to £98.84. But then after we used the club card it went down to £94. It was about 4:10pm by then and my step-dad comes for us at 4:15pm so I quickly swapped my book at the book swap and we went down on the lift. We managed to sit down on a bench in the underground car park for about 2 minutes before my step-dad arrived, and then I pushed the trolley up to the car sideways on! We put all the groceries in the boot and went home. When we got home the next door neighbours were out putting some of their recycle out, and their little dog Willow was out with them. Willow is a little ginger Pomeranian and she's gorgeous! She barked at us first when we got out of the car then she came running up to me and let me give her a bit of fuss. I said, You're beautiful, aren't you? You know it! I put the groceries away, had my dinner, put out some recycle ready for tomorrow, then put out the new flowers and put the old flowers in the garden waste bin. I also put out some fish to thaw for tomorrow nights dinner. Then I had a proper rest. How was your day?
