When balloons rule the roost

I have organised parties for the less privileged since many years and every time I never failed to add balloons as part of the decor Apart from hanging them on the wall I strew them on the ground and when kids come for the party the first thing they do is to pick up those balloons and start playing. At the end of the show I ask them to burst them - a finale to the party.
