My gauvas of my garden helps digestion

The guava tree in my garden is full of guavas. It's rainy season and taking guavas after food helps in digestion. My maid plucked quite a few today. I crushed one in my breakfast fruit juice and had one after breakfast and one after lunch. There are still a few left and I am thinking of making a vegetarian cake with them. Most of the branches are away from my garden boundary and so I don't get the most. The slum children take most of the fruits. Anyway I am happy about whatever I get for I am alone and they are sufficient for my gut and bones for guava is rich in calcium too.

Guava has lots of benefits. I remember we have guava tree on our yard. When I was a kid, my friends will go to this farm full of guava trees. I went with them to get guavas without asking permission to the owner. As kids, we know nothing about it before we just went to the flow. And realized when growing up that it was stealing.

Children do pluck my guavas from the branches that are outside my boundary wall and I allow it as I can't get them anyway.

Why aren't they now? Have you changed place?

I didn't know they are good for digestion. I've never had a guava before although I think we sell that at my store sometimes.

You can have them after lunch or whenever you take a wholesome meal.

Yummy! I love guavas. I miss my guava tree in my yard in the Philippines. Nobody is eating the guavas eventhough they are healthy. My sister is in India now and said that she might bring guavas when she returns to the Netherlands.

I enjoy eating guava, it is not yet season here, the fruit has antioxidant properties especially the partly ripe ones.

Yes, and that's why I take them regularly whenever my tree starts bearing fruits.

Yes they are very sweet in winter and a bit watery in the rainy season.
