Lung disease

I have an older brother, who is currently struggling with lung disease, I don't know exactly what kind of disease he is. My brother has had it for about 4 months. as far as I know, initially in 2021 he contracted covid 19, he was infected at work, after that he was isolated for 2 weeks, after his swab result was negative, he went back to work. But not long after that he became susceptible to disease, until the peak he got lung disease, I used to think maybe because he was an active smoker so he got lung disease. day by day his illness is getting worse, his body is very thin, his weight is only 39 kg, he has also been hospitalized twice. he also has difficulty breathing, every day he breathes with the help of oxygen cylinders. I hope he can return to health like before, can't see him suffering

I think the carbon monoxide has affected his lungs. Talk to a doctor and find out why he isn't improving. In the meantime give him basil leaves and honey regularly.
