The philosopher, Dudly Konrad, was lecturing to his University students about love. "Is love the goal of our life, or not?" he asked them this question. But, then he answered them like this: "Love, acquiring love, is not the goal of our lives." "This, if it was our goal, could be considered to be a me-first, selfish approach to love." "No, our goal is to fill every part of our lives with that love, that we already have, in spadesful, already inside of ourselves, but which just needs to be spaded out of us into the world around us." "God is love, and so in this sense, your goal in life is always to live with God in your life, not without him, but as love fills your heart already, you are connected to God already too, whether you know this, or you don't". "The goal of life then is to move love from yourself, via God, out into a world, sorely in need of receiving it from you."
