Knowing what you want

Humans are unpredictable. We don't know what we want.
When times get adverse, we just pray for peace and placidity.
However, when we have peace, we rage wars.
We look for emotion and love; when we get those we break hearts.
We pray for togetherness but we light the fire of indignation and that's how we lose it all!
Do you know what you want ?
When you have to make choices, are you always sure of what you want for yourself?
Well, sometimes I don't know what's best for myself. I fidget and end up making wrong decisions.
Do you seem to know what's best for yourself?

Sometimes I don't know what's best for myself. I fidget and end up making wrong decisions.

Yes, I know what I want. I am semi retired. I want a peaceful and healthy life. Help others if I can.

I think people just get bored easy. It is dangerous to be bored for many people. Many people cannot just have a peaceful life, they need action. No watching the birds sing or the ocean rage with its own anger of waves, but the ocean not fighting anyone the way people need to when they get bored. People could do so many things to make the world better but they choose making my neighbor my enemy is more fun and less boring.

Perfectly said @crossbones27. We have forgotten to see how the day seeps into the night, the exuberant sunshine gives way to the clandestine moonlight... We have become walking robots in the path of nowhere.
