Belgian chocolate - I wish it was

How neatly a product is copied atleast what it looks on the outside. I am a chocolate foodie and saw this Belgian chocolate being advertised. I wasted no time to buy it online and I know what a good chocolate tastes as I have tasted them all when I was on foreign tours.
Belgian chocolates are super even better than the much hyped Swiss chocolates but this one was disaster as it was made from local ingredients. The milk that we get here is of extremely poor quality and that explains.
Any experience you can share?

Belgian chocolate is usually quite good. Was it made in Belgian?
