I like eating with fresh raw leaves. Only a few leaves that can be eaten raw. In our country we know fresh leaves that commonly be eaten to make food more delicious. Of course rice is number 1 component of all food combination: rice, chilly, grilled or fried fish or meat, some fresh raw leaves / vegetables. At lunch, most people eat this kind of food. I notice they eat more and more. Photo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5E7p2n_d48

That's quite different in terms of serving the raw vegetables. I guess it's due to different traditions. Indonesian people cannot get away from white rice served together with fish, meat and raw vegetables.

It is good to eat fresh veggies and leaves. My new boyfriend does not like it though so I am encouraging him to eat more of it.

@yanzalong Caesar salad is just a side dish. I usually have fish or meat as the main course.

I also developed this habit while living China. Before i couldn’t eat a salad with no sauce but now no sauce needed and I lost so much weight and my skin cleared up. Good stuff!

I eat raw several veggies. The several kinds of lettuce are the ones I eat most but I also eat tender chard and spinach and I add basil leavel and arugula to many of my salads. Cabbage in one of my favorite too.

@yanzalong I usually make white rice and mix it later with other food. A green salad bowl has no rice.

We're the same rice consumer. Meal isn't complete without rice, vegetables, fish, eggs, meat and more, but I don't eat raw vegetables my stomach rambles.
