Stress with my supervisor

Almost every post that I have here were all about my work specifically with my supervisor who used to have lots of comments against me. Before I took my lunch now, he had a comment with my last chat with my customer. Your chat is so dry. As I've tried to review, it's not. Maybe there's some issues that I forgot to say, "cheers" or "brilliant" but not that always. He always have comments with almost all of my chats. That's my stress number 1. My stress number 2 is every Thursday shift, all of my teammates lunchtime schedule is 10pm to 11pm unlike me 11pm to 12mn. So, therefore, I have nowhere to ask if I need help because they're all in lunchtime including my supervisor. That's odd. My stress number 3. My shift is 8pm to 5am. The shift of my supervisor is 9pm to 6am. From my 8pm to 9pm, I have the capability to communicate with my teammates on microphone. But from 9pm onwards, even if I'll unmute my microphone, they don't hear my voice but I can hear their voices. They can read my chats and I can read their chats too. It just that I can't communicate well in asking help to them verbally because they can't hear me. That's gross. I don't know if this muted microphone of mine something that my supervisor have in control. For the moment, that's the only stress that I can share about my supervisor. There's a lot.
