My Milky Delight Came

I just got my package from the Molina OTC catalog. I ordered some more pain relievers, a multi-vitamin, and two six packs of Glucerna. I love the rich chocolate flavor of this product. I get it because it fills me up. When there is not much food to be had it's a nice milkshakey snack.
It is really a delightful treat to put one in the freezer for about an hour and then enjoy the frozen fudge cycle-like experience.
It has 10 grams of protein, 9 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugar, and 25 vitamins and minerals. That is pretty good for only 8 ounces of milky delight.

I've never tried one. Does it have a milk base? I would need to take dairy pills with it.

Milk protein concentrate. I take mine with one in the evening.
