After 3 days I have 1 promoter now on survey / myLot

Great news. My last survey was 3 days ago. That survey was a promoter. And even though I don't have surveys for 3 days most of my customers said, I'll be expecting a positive feedback from them. But still waiting for them. Now my last customer about 20 minutes ago about refunding the return. I successfully finished our conversation within 4 minutes only. In view of that, a promoter is the result. I'm happy with that at least, I'm part of our team who gave good number of scores to make our team will go uphill from the start of downhill. Looking forward with more productive promoters. Time right now is 11:57pm of 29th of July.

May I know what you promote? and what surveys do you usually take part in? I guess they are good paid surveys. What can you recommend for other people? Will you recommend them for us?

I'm not promoting @Jenaisle. What I mean, I am working as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes and after each chats we need to send surveys to the customers. And after that some customers will answer that some are not. In view that, I've got 3 promoters.
