These kinds of stories where a puppy who allowed his curious nature to get the best of him which gets the owner of the dog to call for help from firefighters who come to the rescue of the puppy who is in danger to be rescued and free from danger and live their lives in peace. A Labrador puppy was inside of a home in Savannah Tennessee on Monday morning when the puppy had the bad luck of having his neck stuck in a truck tire which the owner of the home saw that the puppy needed help to get out of trouble. The owner of the home called 911 to request help from the Hardin County Fire Department to come and rescue the puppy who inside of his property along with three siblings who were not in the presence of their mom at the time probably looking for food to eat in the property of the stranger. LaRae Sliger who is the deputy management director for the firefighters reported that the puppy was rescued by a member of his team. This story does have a wonderful ending since the homeowner of the property where the puppy and his siblings came to visit has decided to foster the four puppies. It gives new meaning to the cat slogan "Curiosity killed the cat." Or in this case "Curiosity did get a puppy in trouble."

I like the work of the firefighters who were able to get the puppy free from his trap inside of the tire in the home of the owner and be adopted along with his three siblings.

It is my pleasure to share these nice dog rescue stories even though puppies should know better than to mess with tires inside of a home.

Young things get themselves into all sorts of trouble, don't they?

That’s neat. The puppy was rescued and in the process found a home for himself and his siblings What ending could be better.

@RubyHawk That would be nice if that were to happen since there is a market for a good news channel.

@Deepizzaguy I agree. We hear more bad news than good news. I think we discussed the need of a channel that reports good news and nothing bad.
