Do You ever happen to eat a little morning snack before your breakfast ? I love a nice cup of tea and some delicious Vada's , especially if woke up a bit too early and its not time for breakfast yet Do you like to eat some snacks before breakfast too ?

I have breakfast at 5 in the morning as soon as I get up, nothing before.

OH, that's not an early morning snack. That's already breakfast for me. I only consider it a snack if eaten between breakfast and lunch. But never before breakfast.

Well, the first meal after a long fast *such as keeping) is breakfast. So your so-called morning snacks is actually breakfast.
