Omelette This AM

When I woke up today I was craving eggs! So I made my coffee and decided I would make an omelette. I fried some onions and peppers and I had some left over potatoes. I combined these ingredients and added some cheese. This omelette was so delicious! I enjoyed it so much. My coffee was wonderful too! Enjoy your day everyone!

I also make omelettes with onion, peppers and cheese, but no potatoes.

The potatoes were left over and had been boiled so I diced them up & added thrm. Yummy try it sometime
