I'm ready for tomorrow's fancy brunch!

I'm taking my sister and niece to a "Breakfast at Tiffany's"-themed brunch tomorrow morning. The venue is encouraging attendees to wear their little black dresses, pearls, fascinators, etc. I bought the tickets as birthday presents for both of them. My sister never would be specific about what she wanted for her day and told me to give my niece an experience rather than a physical present. So. . . here we are. I just pulled my jewelry box out of the closet in the spare bedroom. I found my pearl bracelet, the diamond and pearl earrings that my mother gave me to wear on my wedding day, and my grandmother's long string of pearls. I have a little black dress and plenty of pearls but no fascinator or fancy shoes. I am straight up going to roll up to that place in my black Reef flip flops. (hey at least they aren't $2 flips from Old Navy! ) My only concern is the fact that I don't have a cardigan to bring in case it is cold since the dress is sleeveless. I may just bring my black NorthFace light jacket. It will kind of match and blend in if I need another layer. I'm definitely looking forward to this. My sister said that she has my niece all ready and even found a fascinator for her. I just hope she realizes that she (my sister) is coming too!
