The Satyr and the Robin

This morning we went to Candie Gardens and I was so happy to be out and to be able to use my phone camera. Can you spot the little robin staying next to the sater statue? She is so tiny and she almost camouflaged. I took so many pictures of her as she is very well tamed too.

She is tiny. English robins aren't nearly as bright as the Aussie version. Ours are a bright red and black. Forgive me if you've seen the photo before. Did you ever see robins in Perth?

I have not seen robins in Perth before. She is beautiful. Are they friendly too? I usually see the kookaburras.

Oh, how adorable the robin is! It's so great that you have a lovely place like Candie Gardens to go to! We have something similar, Calloway Gardens, here in Georgia, USA. We go every once in a blue moon to see the birds, butterflies, and flowers.

Guernsey is such a small island this is one of our "go to" places here when we had too much of the beach views. I love the see but too much blue makes me long for flowers. I sure would love to see Calloway Gardens someday.
