How Do You Relax After a Hard Day Of Work?

The weather is still bad after the typhoon left. I stayed home but had been quite busy because one of my clients requested me to complete two urgent assignments for him. The deadline was pretty tight. I normally don't accept rush jobs but he is one of my oldest clients and has been very generous and nice to me. I completed the assignments on time. Felt a bit exhausted. After a quick nap, I had a cup of HK milk tea with a handful of almonds as snacks while listening to some light music. That relaxed me a lot. How do you relax after a hard day of work? Have a cup of coffee, beer or something?

Yours is a perfect way to relax. Your client must be more than satisfied with you. I relax in front of the tv.

That's a good way to relax. Yes, my client gave me extra fees for the assignments. I didn't ask for it.

Your client must be happy and grateful with your work. I went to the grocery in the morning and got milktea too. Been a long time I have not bought one.

I know this client since I worked full time. He knows I'm semi-retired. Today's urgent request is a rare case.

@Beestring good that he can reach out to you for the urgent project. It is exhausting but you wouldn't know how much help you provided.

I eat and don't work at all. Haha. I just lie down and play some mobile game or watch a movie/series episode. If there was a pool or beach nearby I'd swim but sadly the ocean is hours away.

Coffee or tea and a nice movie always relaxes me after work. Also a warm shower.

I do a bit of myLot if I am feeling up to it. If not, I just chill and watch a movie.

I listen to music too, sometimes, but I typically watch tv shows online. Good food also makes me feel less tired.

When I worked I worked overnight so I could be home to fix the kids breakfast. Than after getting them off to school. I would relax by going to sleep for a few hours.

I watch the TV. Scroll through my mobile. Listen to songs or go to sleep.
