That Chaotic Feeling Has Passed Away / myLot

When my life is in a complete bundle of disorder and confusion I feel anxiety rising in me and I have only a few things that help bring it back down. I have been able to bring it down quite a bit lately. After this last bit of conflict and chaos, I have finally come again to the realization that there is little I can do. That is with my grandson's SSA application, our Housing recertification, H & W recertification, all the things that used to cause me to feel that anxiety rise up. I can breathe, I can think positively and I can take one of my anxiety pills when it gets really bad. But, lately, I just don't care. I feel much more confident in it all lately and I know that we are doing all we can. What else can we do, right? It feels good too. I hope that I can keep a handle on it.

Things are not easy nowadays but we are human who have ability to adapt and solve things. The pages of life is all about surprises some of the pages don't favor us but some does... We must keep going...

I come across with a very practical saying on what to do when life gets hard. It states "every worry under the sun, there's a solution or there's none. If there's, hurry and find it. If there's none, never mind it."
