Lots of kayaks

At treatment yesterday the counselor mentioned that he was supposed to participate in some Guinness Book of World Records kayak attempt today in the river. It is like the most number of paddleboats linked continuously. I don't know why that is even a thing but whatever. I forgot about it until I was on my way to the pharmacy and saw a sign for the "kayak event". That was when I started really noticing how many kayaks were on the cars and trucks that I passed. Normally it wouldn't really register with me since I live here at the Shore and people are always kayaking on the river and in the bay. This was at 10 am so I guess the event was early this morning. People were heading out. It will be interesting to see how many kayaks they managed to line up.
