Stranger rescues two 2 year old girls trapped inside of a hot auto.

I do not know what ran through the mind of 33 year old Elizabeth Babb who was arrested by the Oklahoma City Police Department yesterday on charges of child endangerment where she allegedly since a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law when she left 2 2year old girls inside of her auto under a hot day with the heat outside being at 98 degrees F. The two little girls who were inside the auto were saved when a female stranger who was at the parking lot at Wal Mart in Oklahoma City managed to crawl through the open sunroof to save the two girls who may be identical twins were in shock and crying when they were rescued by the stranger from the auto and taken to a security auto with air conditioning. The female stranger did have help from others who tried to open the doors of the auto but their efforts to open the doors failed. What angers me is that Wal Mart officials did try to contact the driver of the auto that had the two girls inside of her auto but she did not answer the request immediately since she was busy shopping for a period of 30 minutes instead of taking care of the girls as she is supposed to. I am sure that the girls were taken to a local hospital to be treated for their illnesses of dealing with their near death experiences. I mean I have seen everyone on television ranging from law enforcement officials to hosts and reporters of the Weather Channel begging persons to please check for children and animals not to be placed inside an auto without having an open window for them to breathe fresh air on a hot day.
