Animal Care And Control Officers in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania answered a call from a concerned animal lover who saw a blue heron who was trapped in the weeds yesterday.
The animal control officers were Steven Costa and Jeffrey Ley who saw the blue heron who is one of the largest animals in the world who needed their help to get out of trouble.
The animal control officers took the heron to the Wildlife Center to be taken care of by a veterinarian.
I will say that animal control officers admit that when they rescue any animal who needs help they encounter animals that are odd looking and rare finds like the blue heron that they found in a forest yesterday.

I have seen from herons where I used to live near a scrapyard. They are really beautiful.

Poor heron I am glad he got rescued. There is a pond near here that I have seen and a heron makes its home there, All around are houses and a roadway with traffic but he seems to like that pond,

Nice to know that you have seen herons in your neighborhood enjoying a good time in the pond.

That is true since the animal rescue members were just doing their job to save animals.
