Why do people hesitate to share their feelings??!! Clarity is always good!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing fine too. I don't understand why certain people hesitate to express their feelings or what goes inside their minds??!! I am one such person at times too.
I still feel clarity is good. Though many times people don't share because of fear of hurting others but that's going to happen eventually when truth comes out.
The temporary hurt can be tolerated instead of unnecessary confusion. Clarity in thoughts is very important too. Many times some people aren't able to think clearly because of some reason or other and that complicates things in their and other people's lives.

Just like you said, it's sometimes hard to tell people what you are feeling depending on the circumstance and other times, we have people that are always silent no matter what they go through, they can't just share

True indeed. I agree. Many times people don't have any effect or help, so it depends, sometimes to remain silent

Ya and there won't be much confusion and unnecessary conflicts. Thanks for sharing. Ideal world doesn't exist though.

Honesty is such a lonely word. I feel like asking how are you are just common courtesies. So I answer Im okay, not bad, Im fine. Even though within im breaking down
