Did you know that there is a 4th type of chocolate? In overall there are three main types of chocolate which are white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate, these are the one that most people including my self are familiar with. Apparently in 2017,a fourth type of chocolate, was introduced and discovered by a Belgian chocolate maker Barry Callebaut, called "Ruby Chocolate". Ruby chocolate is made from "ruby cacao beans", which are found in Ecuador,Brazil and Ivory Coast. The chocolate is naturally pink has a citrusy flavor and is made from a special type of cocoa bean. Given that it primarily contains cocoa butter, sugar and milk, ruby chocolate is extremely similar to white chocolate. Ruby chocolate is simply a less processed white chocolate that keeps its naturally occurring pink hue and has citric acid added to give it sour characteristics. Did you know about this fourth type of chocolate?and have you ever tried this"Ruby Chocolate" before mylotters?

Yes, I knew, as the pink chocolate was introduced in 2017 by Barry Callebaut, that is a Belgian–Swiss cocoa company. Nestlé distributed the chocolate first in Japan and South Korea. The slightly sweet and sour taste did not encounter the local taste.

You may be a chocoholic but I don't think anyone can ever say No to chocolate anyway. It is one of my guilty pleasure for eating them.
