Mustard is grown in Murshidabad in bulk. There are huge acres of land which cultivate mustard. The entire farmland look yellow and golden. At the same time there is a typical scent of mustard. The same mustard is converted into oil. In Bengal and entire India, the oil is used for cooking fish dishes which becomes very tasty.
