Do you change home clothes in order to go out near by??!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing fine too. I stay at a place wherein almost every essential is nearby i.e vegetable market, groceries, hospital and medical stores.
I sometimes go out to nearby place in my home clothes. I wear a long tshirt and pyjamas so I feel it's fine to go out in them at times to near by places.
Do you guys change your home clothes to go nearby places or are like me too at times

I wear clothing every day that is casual but neat and clean, of course. Usually, to run errands I am just fine in what I've put on that morning. I know some people are comfortable running around in stores in pajamas...I'm not. Not sure why. I think in my mind I hear both of my grandmothers screeching at me that pajamas are not to be worn to the store, but I do know times have changed. As long as you are neat and clean, and your pertinent parts are covered, in my opinion that is all that matters!

I put on comfortable (stretchy) clothes in the morning, and then that is what I wear everywhere I go. The only time I will put on other clothes in the day is if there's something really special to go to, like a wedding or a really fancy restaurant.

No, I change clothes when I go out. I don't like to wear my home clothes outside

With the pandemia, I´m mostly in my PJs at home. So I have to get dressed every time I go out.

I just wear what I have is all.
The clothes I wear indoors are very minimal.
Going out I actually get dressed
