They are back

I am seeing these baby birds after a long time and I surely know the reason. We had a few cats and the small ones always kept an eye on these birds and did succeed in catching one or two. Peppie is a big boy and he thinks those games are for kids. I hardly see him near the bird bath. The birds know it and they are back now safe in the arms of Solitaire.

That is nice to see them doing that. I can see them too in my province and they seem to like to cool themselves on river banks.

@allknowing It's like their mini resort to cool and clean themselves.

I watch them sitting in my favourite corner and slowly move to the entrance door and use the zoom feature of my camera to get them.

No cats around - not even those of our neighbours.

A few have yet to return - peafowls, and the racket tailed drongo. I am missing these.

Ha, l don't blame the birds for making themselves scarce. Glad that they now feel safe to return.
