I do not think I have talked about this before, but I play in a slopitch softball league, co-ed (Men and Women, adults) We just had our last game of the season, earlier tonight. We may have playoff games coming in the next weeks (I am not fully sure about this though!) This is only the second summer/season we have played together as a team. I really enjoy the game, my team mates, etc. I mostly play in the outfield, particularly.. Usually right field. Every now and then I will play 3rd base, though. My batting is becoming better/stronger just about every game Does anyone else play any sports, or used to?

Sounds like fun. I don’t play but I enjoy watching college football games.

It really is a lot of fun, indeed I do like to watch sports as well. I watch more NFL when it comes to football, but college football is nice as well

@CarolDM I have a brother named Dustin. That sounds like a nice thing to carry on in tradition

I used to play Little League Baseball in Panama before I took up bowling for fun in Panama as well as the U S which is my home now.

@dilleo Baseball and soccer are the top sports played in Panama next to basketball.

Wow, nice! Is baseball fairly popular in Panama? I honestly do not know. It seems fairly popular in places like Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Curacao, others too.. But those mainly come to mind, outside the US and Canada. I think Japan and South Korea also come to mind. Bowling is very fun as well

@dilleo It's good to get out with your friends, especially after all the covid nonsense.

Absolutely! It truly is a great way to spend an hour and 15-ish minutes, almost every Friday night, for a few months out of the Summer. Cheers!
