keto meal plan for today

I just have a general outline for my meals today, though I have to keep track of the carbs to keep under 20. breakfast-mushroom omelette cooked in coconut oil lunch-tuna and green beans saute the beans in coco nut oil dinner-cheeseburger with no bun and salad with blue cheese

Sounds good, I tried keto before, but I didn't feel well on it. I don't think it is for me.

I have not tried the Keto diet yet, but it does sound interesting.
