It is one thing that a homeowner in Florida has to make calls to the wildlife officials to remove an alligator from their home since the alligators either want to get away from their homes in the water to take a stroll and enter a pool of water to cool off from the heat.
In this case homeowner Sheri Sotheby who lives in Marco Island Florida had to call a trapper when she saw a large green iguana in her backyard last Thursday.
Alfredo Fermin who is a trapper who works in the area managed to take away the iguana from the home of Sheri mentioned that iguanas have made strides of moving into the region anytime soon.
I know if I did see an iguana, I would be scared.

That is true since iguanas are not as large as an alligator.

Iguanas are an invasive species and are being actively hunted in the state.
