Depression

Depression till date i used to hear about it ... used to or try to be empathize with those who kind of have or passing through those dark phase of life ... but never thought i will have to pass through the same ... last year i lost my dad... may be it started from then .. but things are not happening good... now i realized i am in depression and anxiety ... There are days when i have to much energy to be productive and then there are days i am just drained ....
Have taken some consultations and thankfully i am in better place now .. so now i am back in mylot and hopefully i will be regular here ....

I've wondered how you were doing and hoped you'd manage to make it back. I'm happy to see you again.

Oh yes I have to work on it every single day and night. It is not easy at all.
I do have access to services though luckily.

@Sam_graphixer my day today is somewhat busy. I went to the bank to do some errands for my niece who works in UK.
then this afternoon i went to the supermarket to buy fruits and Ensure for my father. Upon reaching home , i packed those fruits and cans of ensure and have it delivered to the forwarder so that it can be sent to our province for my father.

@Sam_graphixer I am not coping too well. I take medication and I am trying therapy. But they don't work. I am disappointed because of therapists.
