A female customer who went to an automatic teller machine in Lake Worth Texas on Thursday last week heard a hissing noise when she went to get some money at a gasoline station at night. When the female saw the 3 and a half foot alligator near her, she called 911 to report the incident. The 911 dispatcher then sent the Lake Worth Police Department officers to the gasoline station. The police officers managed to capture the alligator and take him away to a safe place away from the ATM machine. Now the joke about the incident with the ATM was that the alligator just wanted to make a deposit which was why the alligator hissed at the female by telling her "This is my ATM machine." What makes this story odd is that there are not many alligators seen on the streets of Lake Worth.

Haha Yes he wasn't going to rob anyone the alligator. Those police officers got him though. Maybe someone had him kept secret as a pet since there are not many seen and he got loose.

@Deepizzaguy It could have been since it was small. You’d need a tight pen to keep an alligator.

The customer was shocked to see the alligator near her at the ATM machine since few alligators are seen in Lake Worth.

@RubyHawk I would move fast since I do not want to have an alligator bite me at all.

Oh, it could have harmed that lady. Lately, I have heard lots of stories of alligators coming on the streets/swimming pool.

@Deepizzaguy that may be the major reason. Or maybe they come in search of food.

I think one reason alligator do leave their homes in the water could be related to pollution in the water where they live.

I'm glad they were able to relocate the gator.

That is true since I am sure that the police officers do not want to harm an alligator who left his home to wander in the streets of Lake Worth.

Maybe he needed a withdrawal. That is too funny.

That is true since I like someone who finds humor in seeing an alligator near an ATM machine.

@GoAskAlice Thanks. No wonder why there are alligators roaming around for there are fresh lakes, rivers nearby.
