Using my Instant Pot for the first time in awhile

My in-laws gave me an Instant Pot for Christmas several years ago. I used it often back then when I wasn't getting home from the gym until almost 7 pm and still had to get dinner made. Now that I'm here at the apartment and no longer at the gym I've found myself using it less. Don't get me wrong it still my go-to for cooking rice and hardboiled eggs but I don't use it as often for full meals. Tonight I am making basmati rice in it. I used to have a rice cooker (also given to me by the in-laws) but I got rid of it once I got the IP. It does an excellent job of cooking plain white rice, jasmine rice, and basmati rice in 4 minutes after it comes up to pressure. Brown rice takes just 15 minutes instead of 45. I like to play the game of "what 2 or 3 kitchen items would you take with you if you had to choose" with myself now and then. My 6 quart Pro KitchenAid stand mixer and 7 quart Le Creuset Dutch Oven are always at the top of the list. I have to admit, though, that I think my 6 quart Instant Pot would be #3 on the list.

I only have 2 pots, 1 kettle and 1 frying. Oh I forgot my rice cooker. That is all that I have right now, but it does make all the things I need to with it

My KitchenAid mixer would be one...I don't know about the rest.

If I could only take three it would be my coffee maker, iron skillet and my crockpot.
