Lindsay Graham really wants the GOP to lose more House and Senate seats

You would think that the furious reaction to the leaked Dobbs Supreme Court decision that reversed Roe v Wade would have been the warning for the Republican party. Then there was the vote in Kansas that protected that state's residents to abortion. That shocked the hell out of them because they thought for sure the referendum would pass. You'd even think that a major wakeup call would be the fact that huge numbers of women in ALL states are registering to vote. I mean I'm no political expert and my crystal ball is currently in the shop for repairs. . . but it seems to be that THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL for November. So what has GOP Senator Lindsay Graham gone and done? Well today he unveiled legislation that would outlaw abortion after 15 weeks throughout the entire nation. Just a handful of weeks ago he was saying that it was an issue that was best left up to the states. Now this is his genius move. This has only further pissed off women and many of the men who love them. It is like Republicans are attempting to leave no stone unturned in their quest to get demolished at the polls in November. This strategy makes about as much sense as the GOP lawmakers being anti-vaccine last year, convincing their constituents not to get vaccinated, and then having the people who were going to vote for them die from COVID. Is Lauren Boebert in charge of developing the party's platform this year? It will be interesting to see sane and reasonable GOP candidates twist themselves into pretzels trying to distance themselves from a national abortion ban without openly disavowing it. At the rate these geniuses are going they will propose banning tampons and making women go back to using pads.

Lindsay Graham sucks, and he had the bad judgment to ally himself with Trump. I hope he goes down to defeat when he is up for re election.
