How often do you eat ice cream? / myLot

I am eating ice cream every day lately because I am very depressed. Eating ice cream is my only joy. I am trying to do everything I can to enjoy at least something. I am taking medication, but medication doesn't bring people joy. Medication can't change much even if it is so important. I am missing love and support from my grandmother. How often do you eat ice cream? Is it too much if I am eating it every day?

Any not natural sweet food if eaten often or every day, It will lead to diabetes. So just eat it moderately not often.

If I had my way, I would eat it every day I really love it! But of course I do not. I only eat it perhaps every couple of months Diana. There is nothing wrong if this small thing allows some pleasure to you.

Same as you, I eat every evening after dinner, not a large quantity, just a little.
