The Liberal press is trying to put forth a bogus new story that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has sent a bunch of immigrants from the South up to Martha's Vineyard, a fancy community in the Northeastern United States. Obviously, no American Governor would do such a thing. If people wind up in your State, you take care of them, and do what's best for them. What do you think Liberals have to gain by putting forth such buIIshit? American politics make me sick. But the alternative to reading such articles is to be stupid. I submit a recent article for your scrutiny. What are your thoughts?
Venezuelan migrants flown to the upscale Massachusetts island of Martha's Vineyard sued Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and his transportation secretary Tuesday for engaging in a “fraudulent and discriminatory scheme” to relocate them. The lawsuit, filed in fede

I’m sorry the people are being used as pawns, but hopefully it gets the message through some very thick skulls that the border towns are having genuine crises with the influx of people illegally coming in. If a wealthy place like Martha’s Vineyard can’t handle 50, what makes any politician think a economically stressed town can handle 5000? It’s a terrible way to make a point, though.

@TheHorse — Biden’s plan? Hope that Texas and Florida run out of money to ship the immigrants elsewhere?

Trump's plan failed. Does Biden even HAVE a plan to handle illegal immigration?

@FourWalls Biden does not seem to have a pan. His popularity ratings are as low as Trump's. Are there politicians left out there with common sense? I really don't know.

Heh. I am somewhat into politics. But thinking about politics makes me think of Daylight Again/Find the Cost of Freedom, by CSNY.

Laws in your country are different. Europe can "relocate" immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees.

@TheHorse Relocate = move to a new place and establish one's home or business there.

@LadyDuck Does it seem to work? Does Switzerland have an "illegal" immigrant problem? We sure do.

If you were the Governor of Texas or the mayor of these US border towns, you'd understand. Even the mayor of El Paso who is a DEMOCRAT is in favor of it. His city is one of many whose resources are being completely overrun and depleted by the thousands of illegal aliens crossing our border.

@1creekgirl I read the piece. So Trump failed. Biden is failing. Is there a "solution"? I do not have one.

I read about the relocation this morning. I can't imagine why it would be done.

I have to say that coordinating services and accommodations for migrants into areas there than border towns makes some sense to me. This would avoid the burden that these towns experience. However, using people as political pawns and lying to them in the process is abhorrent to me--

This is interesting and it's controversial issue. What do they mean by fancy community?
