Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well...
I am back to share about my journey for yesterday on this low carb lifestyle.
Weigh in - 204.4 on Monday
Yesterday - 199.4 - 20 So I dropped 5 pounds of water weight!
I lost more yesterday (weigh in this morning) but that will be in the next post about that.
Blood sugars - struggled with those all day.
I woke up high (180s I think) and I went down to the 150s before eating...
but I think the coffee I had messed me up all day.
I did have some carbs in my 2nd meal of the day.
I didn't go over 200 but I did stay in the 180s.
What did I eat?
Meal 1 -
Burger King - I had their sausage egg and cheese biscuit, hold the biscuit.
After that I ordered a Keto coffee at a coffee place we like to order from (usually not sugar free ones) - The last time i ordered a keto coffee it was fine...but this one tasted like the normal sugary ones. So, I am guessing they added something that was not sugar free. Not sure what though.
Meal 2 - Costco 1/4 pound hot dog (just the meat)
1 serving cheese
Then I did have some fries....
Meal 3 - Low carb "pizza" -
I had pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni on 2 of the street size, zero net carb tortillas.
Not sure the macros for the day because of the coffee. I didn't track after the coffee messed things up.
I am back to drinking the right kind of coffee today, I made my own at home. Instant espresso, less than 2 carbs worth of heavy cream and some 1 net carb sugar free chocolate syrup.
What do you think of the day? I was glad to see the weight drop on the scale (and dropping today after the coffee experiment yesterday).
I'll be back later to share today's food and numbers (hopefully tonight).

@kaylachan I don't try enough though which is the problem.

You lost quite a bit of weight. My feet are puffy...I think I may be retaining water weight too.

I was holding a lot of water weight...that is for sure. Not losing much else.
