Weren't people taught anything in the home?

@celticeagle This is what I think too. Sadly, the answer is that these days many people are not talked of or talked about good values at home. I remember that when I was around 12 or 13 years old, I once had to give 10 Rs. or some similar amount to a vegetable vendor. I was kind of delaying the pending payment. It was my parents whi scolded me. They asked me to be honest and go and pay the vendor. I have seen that such values are not getting taught to the kids these days, except for perhaps a few homes.

And why Washington?

@celticeagle May be some lunatics think that targeting something in capital city would give them more news and coverage. It might sound laughable but similar things have happened in New Delhi in India as well.

People seem to be such jerks now a days.
