Thank God not scary

I said I will not sleep last night to stay alert for the typhoon as in the news we are signal no. 5. But I fall asleep. It suppose to come 11 pm. Didn't feel it. Our windows and roof don't rattle or make sound. Water didn't come inside our house. It didn't wake us up. Thank you not destructive. I feel it is only signal no.2 with moderate to heavy rains. I thought we will wake up to a lot of damage. We are safe

Same here I was waiting for the strong rains or winds that come along with the typhoon but it didn't come. I was awake by 2 am today and noticed heavy rains only but no winds. I am glad it was not strong I guess we were not directly hit by the typhoon even the power was still intact. I know that in some areas power outages happened.

@averygirl72 True I guess here in NCR and neighboring province did not hit bad. I think Aurora and the central Luzon provinces did the hitting this time.

Yes I was waiting too for very strong winds and rain. I didn't feel it. My family is actually relax I'm the one worried but thank God we don't feel the wrath of the storm

Good to know. HK is hit by typhoons in summer from time to time. I know how destructive they can be.
