Do you prefer a laptop instead of a personal computer? / myLot

I have an old personal computer. I am trying to earn money to change it. It is so slow. How many years do you keep a laptop or a personal computer? I have an old laptop which is more than 10 years old. I prefer a personal computer because it is faster and it lasts longer. It is bad that I can't take it with me inside my home. What do you prefer?

Before I preferred desktops since they are sturdy and much more customizable because you can easily change some hardware to improve its performance. But the biggest disadvantage of that is its mobility where laptops can offer nowadays. So now i shifted to preferring laptops since I can move from one place to another and can bring them anywhere.

I also prefer a personal computer, I can also replace the Hard Disk, or add a new one for more capacity and the screen is bigger. My computer is pretty old, my husband bought a new one last year.

I am an avid lover of laptops. Really wanted to buy Apple devices but I can't afford them right now. It's beyond my budget. I have used both PC and Laptops and based on my experience PC's are better and gives you discipline whereas in Laptop, I used to work randomly on Sofa, chair, some weird positions which in turn affect health.

I have both. I use the desktop when I am teaching online at home, and the laptop when I am teaching online right before a music lesson at the music school. Each has its pros and cons.
