Uber Eats is Getting on my Nerves

It being the beginning of the month I was doing my usual order out and looking forward to a nice lunch from Cracker Barrel. I usually order their trout dinner with hashbrown casserole, turnip greens, and biscuits. My favorite! I've probably been doing this for 3 or 4 years now.
So the kids get their order(from a different place)and I am patiently waiting for mine. Mine comes from clear across town and usually takes about 40-50 minutes.
I get word from Uber Eats that my driver is trying to get ahold of me. So looking at the text the driver was given the wrong order and so he says I need to call the store. I call the store and they can't do anything but they give me a customer service # for Uber Eats. (side note--I once spent over an hour looking for a customer service # and could not find one. Interesting.) So I call Uber Eats Customer Service. The rep checks and goes off the phone several times placing me on hold politely each time. FINALLY, it comes down to the driver had canceled the order(even though it was wrong) so all they could do was send me a refund. I asked her what do I do if that was all the money I had. She is very sorry but they can only give me a refund. Grrrrrr!
So, I felt bad for Cracker Barrel and called them. The lady I spoke to was very nice. Said she knew me by my name because I order from them all of the time. She said she told the "people in the back" that they should make my order fresh and do something else nice for me because I am a long-standing customer. I replied to that with "Yeah, I'm the crazy old lady from the North end who orders all of the time!" She laughed.
So, now I am setting here waiting for my order AGAIN. Next time if there is a problem I will just reorder. I give myself so much guff by going through all of this when I should just reorder. I get someone to go fish and then make my own is what I should do.
The Uber driver was a foreign-speaking gentleman and I think they have problems sometimes. We all have our issues.
Two hours from when I originally ordered it I got my new order. (Yeah I'm hungry!) They gave me twice as much. I love Cracker Barrel!

Uber eats was acquired by Zomato in my country. It's no more now.

@Sojourn Uber eats used to give interesting discounts. During 2019, I used to order (3 scoops * 2) of icecreams for 60 INR. I was staying in a hostel at that time. My roommate and I will share 30 INR each. Less than 70 I used to eat meals from top restaurants. Missing those days.
