After three years I am planning to have a regular Christmas party that will be held on January 8 2023. It will be held in my school where the nuns will invite some kids who are below the poverty lvel. I have started ordering for gifts and stuff online. I do not believe in fire crackers but instead I give the kids and guests something to make a noise at the end of the party
This time I have ordered for what you see in the photo. When the balloon is blown and released it will create a shindig.
The link below has more such noises

Enjoy

@allknowing I remember how the pandemic did close down businesses.

@allknowing Argh - I thought I commented yesterday - it did not take.
The pandemic made things difficult. It's good you found a way to do it for the seniors - surely they appreciated it. Now you can do it for the kids

Enjoy party preparations and the party. I made my own so noise makers for New Years, celebration. Toilet paper roll & paper towel roll, put dry beans and covered them with my old tablet cloth.

@oahuwriter This party costs me quite a penny - goodie bags with Xmas snacks, lunch, gifts for every one, etc
