Why is everything just expensive nowadays. I cannot seem to grasp how I pick up a few items in the market and I shell out how much. I get gas and it feels like my gas tank did not move at all. I feel like every move I make costs something now.
How I wish money coming in goes up to compensate for the rise of basic necessities. Honestly, I just feel bad for others who can barely survive till the next paycheck. Oh how I miss the old days where things were much more cheaper.

The entire world is facing inflation due to a variety of reasons. But a LOT of it is coming from the U.S., being that we are one of the world's leading economies and inflation here is very high. It is just going to have to be what it is going to be for the time being.
As for rising wages? It ADDS to more inflation, so I think it is better for us all to just suffer through this as best we can and not add fuel to the fire.
