Practicing music, It is difficult to find a time and place to practice

I want to practice more music, on one of my instruments: clarinet, saxophone, flute, guitar, mandolin or piano. Someone is always sleeping or is anoyed when I try to practice. It is difficult to find a time that won't bother anyone. . .
Oy vey. Maybe I will stick to the electric piano with the earphones on my ears. . .

Music needs daily practice to excel.

I know what you're saying but you'll improve much more slowly if you don't practice.
